Alcholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Maceration on the skins for about 25 days. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aging in new french oak barrels for at least 24 months and further 24 months in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. The aging ends in bottle for at least 12 months.
