The exponential Sagrantino
The selection of the best Sagrantino grapes, produced only in the best vintages. Intense, enveloping, with great body and structure, a true champion.
Vinification process
The grapes are rigorously selected by hand and collected in boxes.
Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature with maceration on the skins for about 25 days. Subsequent malolactic fermentation and aging in new barriques for 24 months. Further 24 months in steel at a controlled temperature. Rest for at least 12 months in the bottle.
Food pairings
Excellent with important roasts or with game: pheasant, thrushes, wild duck.
Peerless when paired with liver-based dishes such as bruschetta with pigeon liver pate, or pork livers with roasted lard. It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 18-20 degrees.
