|The potential aging of this wine is immediately understandable thanks to its fine tannins, roundness and balance, and a good sapidity.|
The fermentation is separate for each grape variety, and takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, it macerate with the skins for about 25 days. After the malolactic fermentation the wine age in french oak barrels for at least 12 months. Then the wine is assembled and it rests in stainless steel tanks before bottling it. The aging ends with 6 month in the bottle.
